Long an advocate for conservation and earth stewardship, a founding member of the team that co-created “Earth Day” 50 years ago, and global futurist, Alisa created Live Climate as an initiative to avert and transform the climate crisis into positive change for all our future. She produces music events and brings extraordinary talent together in performance and retreat projects, in concert with environmental consciousness. Alisa divides her time amongst the beauty of Sedona, AZ, the deep woods of Maine, and her extended family at the Muse in NYC, with her husband Elliott & their three mystical cats.

His platform for Building Ecological Security remains a core value of LIVE CLIMATE, as he continues his work for preservation and change.

Steve Senk, Live Climate’s production coordinator, began his career in the music business over 25 years ago as National Sales Manager for Sony Signatures, moving from San Francisco to London to manage Sony’s sponsorship program for the 1998 World Cup in Paris. He secured North American licensing rights from Apple Corporation for The Beatles. Steve grew, nurtured and managed this program for Sony Signatures Network and ultimately Live Nation as Vice President of Licensing until 2012. In collaboration with The Beatles, Cirque du Soleil and the Mirage, Steve facilitated the launch of the merchandise for “Love”, The Beatles’ Cirque du Soleil show at the Mirage.
In 2014 Steve founded Second Octave Entertainment with partner Morty Wiggins, managing many artists including Grammy winner Eliane Elias. They produce shows exclusively at their 3,000-capacity solar-powered outdoor venue in Sonoma, CA under the Somo Concerts brand.
Sharon Jones, the Goo Goo Dolls, Toots & the Maytals, and Buddy Guy are some of the artists presented thus far.

Professor of Buddhist Art and Studies at Hobart William Smith College in Geneva, NY Tenzin works diligently in his travelling artistic residencies creating Tibetan Sand Mandalas as an expression of Tibetan culture and lessons in impermanence. He is known throughout NYC, Long Island, and all the world for his many beautiful creations, and has worked for decades producing sand mandala events as part of the many Earth Day celebrations & festivals produced with his friend, Alisa Maynard. Tenzin will create a sand mandala as part of the LIVE CLIMATE, NYC events April 22, 23 & 24 of 2020.
